СРТА 140-17 фотодиод СРТА 140-40 фотодиод СРТА 143-30 фотодиод СРТА 149-35 фотодиод СРТА 149b-26 фотодиод СРТА 150-50 фотодиод СРТА 151-30 фотодиод Я знаю предприятие, выпускавшее кристаллы для этих диодов по лицензии.
