Переменный резистор дисковый

Прошу помощи в поиске переменного резистора. Нужен дисковый переменик с выключателем. Выключатель и сопротивление должны быть электрически развязаны. И еще нужен ресурс 10000-30000 циклов. Если найдутся без выключателя но с большим ресурсом, то тоже подойдет. На фото советский переменик, который мне подходит, но купить его тяжеловато.
