Флешка у вас судя по логу такая же как у меня так что описание геометрии подойдёт из моего примера, едиственное у вас awboot использует адреса для dtb и ядра немного другие поэтому надо корректировать либо в awboot либо в DT смещения и размеры разделов подогнать под awboot.
