Программа, в которой можно рассчитать размеры контактных площадок

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста есть ли программы, в которых можно рассчитывать размеры контактных площадок или методика расчета.

Library Expert/Footprint Expert конечно предпочтительней, но еще можно посмотреть в сторону LP Wizard от Mentor Graphics. Только она с 2013 года не обновляется и в последней версии сильно урезали экспорт файлов.
