Всем привет, нужна помощь в поиске spice модели на cmos технологию nmos транзистора со встроенным каналом,то есть чтобы Vth0 было меньше 0 нуля.
Всё обыскал, но нахожу только с индуцированным каналом , то есть с положительным Vth0
К примеру технология техпроцесса С5 300нм, у них Vth0=0,669
