Не могу вспомнить где я взял файл с таким названием:

scmRTOS.ru.AVR.IARv4.pdf

 

http://scmrtos.sourceforge.net/ScmRTOS?

Там вроде всё по английски... а хотелось бы на русском.

Там всё по-английски, а описания портов - по-русски. Вот тут они все: http://scmrtos.sourceforge.net/Ports_Descriptions.

А ещё там рядом (вот здесь) есть руководство пользователя, тоже на русском.
