Посмотрите у именитых производителей каталоги - BINDER например. Я ничего такого не встречал у них. Китайцы кабель продают, но цена не очень радует. все таки M12, но похоже кабель специальный с экранированными витыми парами. Китайские все "шершавые", в основном торчит пластик из разъема... Коллега (ИИ) подсказывает посмотреть Хартинг, Феникс, Ламберг, Молекс, Вридмюллер, но и там не нашел.
