А чем Atmel-ICE без корпуса не угодил?

Память TCM вроде как для этого. У Атмела по крайней мере заявлено работает на частоте чипа - до 300 МГц.

Я бы посоветовал посмотреть готовый пример из конфигуратора Atmel Start да и потыкаться с ним вообще. VDDUTMII Decoupling capacitor (100 nF). Powers the USB transceiver interface. Must be connected to VDDIO. For USB operations, VDDUTMII and VDDIO voltage ranges must be from 3.0V to 3.6V. Must always be connected even if the USB is not used. Decoupling/filtering capacitors must be added to improve start-up stability and reduce source voltage drop. Supply ripple must not exceed 20 mVrms for 10 kHz to 10 MHz range.

Из доступных тут можно посмотреть на Cortex-A5 SAMA5D4 от Атмел. Флеш памяти нет, частота до 600 МГц, сопроцессор НЕОН. Ну а мелкий -A5D2 BGA256 = (8x8mm in 0.4 pitch)

Отладки на SAMC21 давно есть и вроде недорого. А сами микросхемы обещали с марта 2016 в масспродакшене.

Чего пиарить то старье ARM9? Cortex M7 от $5 начинается. A5 от $7.

за 50 от кого ждать то? STM32F746G-DISCO ровно 50, Атмеловская E70-XPLD без дисплея 39.

Заказали новую отладку от Атмела ATSAME70XPLD. Она хоть не дорогая. Придет, потестим.

Мы попробовали платку от Атмел с V70. Ничего такого страшного, память TCM там действительно шустро работает. Надо только придумать как это использовать. Вот Cortex A5 - это действительно сложно и не понятно, да еще и 4 питания. Тоже от Атмела платку пробовали. Типо царь всех зверей. Одного программера будет мало.
