Правильный расчёт это 3).
Работу, на которую все ссылаются, нигде в интернете не найти, поэтому выкладываю её скан.
 
1) и 2) судя по всему минимизируют пик модуля функции передачи, а не модуля импеданса, и в 2) напутано с формулами.
