Library CADSTAR 14

Recommended Posts

В 12 версия каждъ footprint ( PCB component) в PCB. lib имеет Reference name and Alternate name, каторъ формироват уникалное име компонента. Alternate name.

Уникалное имье компонента оказaлас только Reference name, a Alternate name можна менятся.

Alternate name Move to Reference name

Did not quite understand the problem.

But I can recommend:

Do not use "alternate name" for include footprints of different parts (e.g. for different packages dip/soic/tsop).

Use "alternate name" only for one part's footprints. I.e. for reflow (most, least, normal) or wave or other assembly processes.
